Change Employee Terms

Plan an automatic change of employee terms on a specific date. This is used when an employee switches to a new employee type or has a change in working hours. Using this tool ensures correct conversion of vacations, memberships etc.

To create a new “Change employee terms”, click “Create New”.

 Here you can then change and fill in the form for the new terms. 

Remember to write the correct email to the employee, so they can see the changes as well. This form can be done in advanced, so that you don’t have to stress on the date the terms changes. So make sure the date you put as change date is correct. Then the system will automatically calculate and change everything that needs to be  changed on the day.

Check that everything is correct and click save when filled in.
