This report provides detailed information on all payroll addition registrations, with advanced filtering, grouping, and sorting options. The report can be printed or exported in PDF and Excel formats.
Access levels determine the visibility of the data: users can view their own registrations, departmental data, or all entries, based on their role permissions.
When users have requested for a payout, either flex time payout or hour bank payout, ands you as the leader or administrator have approved the request, you will be able to see it here.
With the filters, you can narrow the list down to a specific employee, or even date, to check that all payouts are correct.
