TimeGuru FREE is completely free and without time restrictions for up to 10 users. When the 11th user is created, it is no longer possible to use the free version.
Credit card registration is NOT required in the TimeGuru FREE.
TimeGuru FREE includes simple modules that are well-suited for small businesses. We sincerely hope that, in due course, you will consider transitioning to the PRO version, which includes smart and time-saving features and integrations. All new solutions are automatically created as TimeGuru FREE. You will need to switch to TimeGuru PRO yourself if it becomes relevant for you. In case of circumvention/misuse of TimeGuru’s very reasonable terms for using the free version, TimeGuru reserves the right, after prior notice, to close the relevant system(s). Examples of circumvention/misuse:
- Creation of multiple systems to circumvent the number of created users
- Sharing a common login to circumvent the number of created users
- Unnaturally large amounts of file upload

1. Subscription terms for TimeGuru software
1.1 These subscription terms (henceforth the “Terms”) are accepted by checking “I have read and accept the subscription terms” during system setup. The agreement is business-to-business and applies between TimeGuru A/S, CVR no. 38476270 (henceforth as “TimeGuru”) and the customer (henceforth the “Customer”). If the customer is a legal entity, these terms are accepted on behalf of the Customer.
2. Subscription duration, billing, and termination
2.1 The subscription comes into effect upon acceptance of the Terms.
2.2 The subscription is renewed in advance each month until terminated. There is no binding period.
2.3 The subscription can be terminated at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
2.4 If the TimeGuru FREE subscription is used, no subscription fee is charged.
3. Scope and Use of the Subscription
3.1 The Customer obtains non-exclusive access to the TimeGuru software.
3.2 The Customer is granted access to use the application with the chosen number of active users and additional modules. The subscription price is automatically updated upon renewal to match the selected combination of users and modules. The Customer can view the current price in the subscription overview at any time.
3.3 The Customer is fully responsible for any third parties to whom the Customer grants access to the Application or who use the Customer’s login details.
3.4 The Customer must ensure that the application is used in a manner that does not violate applicable laws.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Payment terms are 8 days net from the invoice date.
4.2 Invoices are sent to an email address provided by the customer. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card registration.
4.3 1st Reminder is sent without a fee 10 days after the due date. If payment is still not received 10 days after 1st Reminder , 2nd Reminder is sent with a fee of 14 EUR. If payment is not received 30 days after the due date, access to TimeGuru will be closed.
4.4 Current prices will always be available on the TimeGuru website.
5. Termination
5.1 The customer may terminate the subscription to take effect at the end of the current month.
5.2 TimeGuru can terminate the subscription with 3 months’ notice in the event of the customer’s significant breach.
6. Customer Data
6.1 TimeGuru and the Customer agree that the Customer owns their own data in the program.
6.2 The Customer is responsible for data that is entered or uploaded by the Customer themselves.
6.3 TimeGuru reserves the right to delete the Customer’s data 6 months after the end of paid subscriptions. TimeGuru FREE systems are deleted if they have not been used for 3 months. Usage is defined as at least one user logging in during the period.
6.4 In special cases, where deemed necessary and reasonable, such as based on a value-loss assessment, TimeGuru may grant third parties and authorities access to the Customer’s data. However, this is only in accordance with relevant data protection legislation, in connection with court orders, regulatory requirements, the Customer’s bankruptcy, death, or similar circumstances.
6.5 As an attachment to the Subscription Terms, the parties have entered into a data processor agreement, which is referred to for additional conditions regarding the processing of personal data.
7. Operational Stability
7.1 TimeGuru strives for the highest operational stability and uses only professional operating environments hosted with Microsoft Azure, but is not responsible for outages or operational disruptions.
7.2 In the event of outages or disruptions, access to the system will be restored as quickly as possible.
7.3 Maintenance and updates of the systems are aimed to be performed between 22:00 – 05:00 CET+1.
8. Changes in the System Structure
8.1 TimeGuru is entitled to make changes to the system and its structure without notice. These changes are typically made to correct any inefficiencies, accommodate customer requests, and keep up with the times.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 The program and information provided by TimeGuru, except for the Customer’s data, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and belong to or are licensed to TimeGuru A/S.
9.2 There is no transfer of intellectual property rights to the Customer.
10. Transfer
10.1 TimeGuru has the right to transfer rights and obligations to affiliated companies or third parties.
11. Responsibility
11.1 TimeGuru disclaims all responsibility in relation to these Terms, services, or use of the solution, whether arising in contract or tort, including for operating losses, consequential damages, or other indirect losses, loss of data, losses based on product responsibility, or losses resulting from simple negligence.
11.2 TimeGuru is not responsible for third-party solutions that are integrated with the system. Therefore, TimeGuru cannot be held liable for the quality and availability of these solutions.
11.3 Regardless of the type of loss or the basis for responsibility, TimeGuru’s total responsibility is limited to the Customer’s payments for 6 months, but with a maximum of 670 EUR. The Customer undertakes to indemnify TimeGuru for product liability damages, third-party losses, and other claims from third parties arising from the Customer’s use of the TimeGuru solution.
12. Changes in Terms
12.1 TimeGuru is entitled to change the terms.
12.2 The currently applicable terms will be available on TimeGuru’s website.
12.3 Changes in terms will be announced in good time via the website and newsletter.
13. Disputes
13.1 These Terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute arising from the subscription, including these Terms, must be brought before the City Court of Copenhagen.
14. Contact
14.1 TimeGuru reserves the right to contact the Customer to a limited extent regarding marketing and support activities.
14.2 Upon the creation of a new system, an email is sent to the Customer offering assistance with setup and links to guides on the website. A few days later, a follow-up email is sent to ensure the system is functioning satisfactorily. If the Customer has not used the system, information is sent that the system and the Customer’s data will be deleted again in accordance with the applicable Terms.
15. Terms
15.1 The terms are valid from January 1, 2019, and replace previous terms.
